Casual lunch ride from Teller Farms North Parking lot. We’ll head North up through Teller Farms and connect into the Lobo Trails - take that over to Boulder Reservoir- do a lap - then come back the way we came. Casual conversational pace. Bring your puffer jacket - it’s going to be a little cold.

All Ages | Join Erie Parks and Recreation to cheer on the home team at Coal Creek Park. Enjoy free activities, winter-themed crafts, local winter sports vendors, food trucks and more, all while athletes take the stage in Italy on the big screen. The Erie Ice Rink will be open nearby for those looking to lace up their skates and keep the winter fun going.

Free Swag | The Town of Erie is hitting the trail for @biketoworkday, and we’re inviting local businesses and community members to get involved. We’ll host a breakfast station from 6:30 to 9 a.m. along the Coal Creek Trail near the Coal Creek Disc Golf Course. Riders can stop by for free coffee, breakfast burritos, Town swag, and info about Erie's expanding bike network.

Ages 2-5 | And they’re off, in the Strider Bike Derby! Kids will love racing down the back stretch and coming to the finish line in this fun race designed to build confidence and bike skills. Participants may take as many turns as they can handle, and all will receive a swag bag. In true Kentucky Derby fashion, formal attire and derby hats encouraged.
Note: Contestants, bring your siblings, friends, and family! Roll through an all-ages course with officers from the Erie Police Department sponsored by Boulder Valley School District! Be sure to get your helmet fitted or snag a new one if yours is damaged.

Ages 2-5 | Come down to Mead Town Park on Tuesday, August 4, starting at 5:30 p.m. for National Night Out, an evening of community connection, public safety engagement, and summer fun for all ages. Enjoy live music from Rock Revival, along with family-friendly activities and treats hosted by Grandview Church. The Mead Area Chamber of Commerce will also be providing free burgers and hot dogs for the community.

Ages 2-5 | Unity in the Community is a can’t-miss summer street festival: free, family-friendly, and full of local flavor! Featuring more than 100 local businesses and non-profits, it’s Longmont’s biggest block party. Come celebrate Longmont with us downtown on Friday, August 28 and enjoy local food, drinks, games, and live music from Last Men on Earth!

Ghouls, ghosts, and witches! Oh my! Enjoy a spook-tacular time with the entire family at our downtown trick-or-treat event. There will be plenty of candy to go around, music, face paint, and fa-boo-lous festivities. Stop by Briggs Street businesses to vote on the best-decorated storefronts and enter the family costume contest. Contest categories include: Best Homemade Costumes, Scariest, and Most Spot-On.
