Price Matching – Online Competitors (e.g., Aventon)

In some cases, we will match the live price of online competitors such as Aventon for unbuilt bicycles (sold in-box for DIY assembly).

  • This is available only when the customer specifically requests a boxed, unassembled bike for a DIY experience.
  • By choosing this option, you agree to forgo any warranty, bike build, assembly, or adjustment support from CyclErie. All warranty claims, defect remedies, assembly issues, or adjustments must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • This does not apply to built or pre-assembled bikes, which include our full support services.

Price Matching – Local Competitors

We will price match other local competitors in the Denver area (or verifiable nearby retailers).

  • The item must be the exact same product, including brand, model, color, size, and condition.
  • It applies to full-price items or regular sale prices from the competitor.
  • Exclusions: This does not apply to warehouse deals, scratch-and-dent items, demo products, clearance items, one-off special offers, or limited-time promotions from other retailers.
  • We require proof of the competitor's current advertised price (e.g., screenshot, website link, or in-store quote) and confirmation that the item is in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • Price matches are at CyclErie's discretion and subject to verification.
  • The item must be identical (same model, color, size, and specifications).
  • We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and stock availability.

Parts and Accessories – Best Effort Matching

For parts and accessories, we will make a best-effort attempt to match or come within 5% of most online competitor prices.

  • We will review the competitor's price upon request.
  • Final pricing decisions are at our discretion, considering factors like shipping, availability, and authenticity.

What We Do Not Match

  • Local competitors' hourly labor rates or service pricing.
  • Prices from auction sites, third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay private sellers), international retailers, or sites without a physical U.S. presence (unless specifically approved).
  • Bundled deals, coupons, rebates, gift cards, or promotions that reduce the effective price indirectly.
  • Any price that includes free shipping unless we can match the total landed cost equivalently.
