Bring

ID + matching credit card

Photo ID and a card in the same name as the reservation.

Minors need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.

Return to this same Longmont shop during store hours.

What we rent here

Aventon commuter and adventure e-bikes, plus select Specialized gravel and cargo bikes when in season. Typical e-bike range is 30–60+ miles per charge.

Same-day no-shows are charged. Heavy rain or snow: we will move the date or issue store credit.

Pickup rules

What do I bring?

Photo ID and a credit card matching the name on the reservation. Minors need a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver.

Where do I return the bike?

Back to the Longmont shop during store hours. After-hours drop-off only if cleared with the team in advance. This reservation cannot be returned in Erie.

Weather and cancellations

Give as much notice as you can. Same-day no-shows are charged. Heavy rain or snow: we will move the date or issue store credit. Light rain or overcast is not an automatic refund.

Where can I ride?

Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes are legal on streets and multi-use paved or crushed-gravel paths including the St. Vrain Greenway. Not for aggressive singletrack or downhill unless staff matches you to an eMTB.

Damage or theft

The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental window. Do not leave the bike unattended.
