Shop with confidence at CyclErie! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to assist you with a return for a full refund or store credit.
Important Notes on Returns:
- Bikes: To ensure a full refund on bicycles, they must be returned in new condition with less than 5 miles of use. Bikes returned with visible wear and tear or exceeding the mileage limit will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Custom Order Items: Tricycles and custom ordered items cannot be returned.
- Close Out, Demo & Previously Pedaled Items: These Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned
- Other Items: Some items may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on their condition and the nature of the return.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part or if the item received is not as described, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
