Great news for Colorado cyclists: the Colorado Energy Office E-Bike Rebate Program has reopened, and CyclErie is a participating retailer. If you've been waiting for the right moment to go electric, this is it.

What's Available

  • Up to $1,300 rebate for income-qualified Colorado residents through the Colorado Energy Office
  • PLUS a $225 instant point-of-sale tax credit available directly at CyclErie for eligible buyers

Who Qualifies?

The rebate is income-based and available to Colorado residents. Eligibility is determined at the time of purchase. The $225 tax credit is available to a broader set of buyers and is applied automatically at our register when you purchase a qualifying e-bike.

Which E-Bikes Qualify?

Most of our pedal-assist e-bikes qualify, including popular models from Aventon and Specialized. Our cargo e-bikes — perfect for families and commuters — are also eligible. Browse our cargo e-bike collection, general e-bike collection, or visit either of our Colorado locations to take a test ride.

How to Claim the Rebate

  1. Check your eligibility at energyoffice.colorado.gov/ebike-rebates
  2. Visit CyclErie in Erie or Longmont, CO
  3. Take a test ride and choose your e-bike
  4. The $225 tax credit is applied at the point of sale — no paperwork needed on your end
  5. For the income-qualified rebate (up to $1,300) complete the application through the Colorado Energy Office

Why Now?

Rebate programs like this are popular, and funds are limited — previous rounds sold out quickly. We encourage you to act soon to take advantage of the full savings.

Questions? Contact us or stop by either location. Our team is happy to walk you through the process and help you find the right bike.
