Our commitment

At CyclErie, we believe everyone deserves a great ride, and a great shopping experience. We are committed to making our website, store.cyclerie.net, accessible to all of our customers, including people with disabilities who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technologies.

Our standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we're doing

Adding descriptive text (alt text) to product and page images
Improving color contrast, headings and page structure so pages are easier to read and navigate
Making sure menus, forms and checkout can be used with a keyboard
Reviewing new pages and products for accessibility as we add them

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible. Some features are provided by third parties, such as appointment booking, financing applications and embedded maps or videos. We don't control those tools directly, but we work with our partners and will help you complete any task they're used for.
