How to Get Your Referral Link

1. Click the Referral Program button in the bottom-left corner of the website (black button with a star).
2. Sign in with the email you used when you bought your eBike (or create an account if you haven’t yet).
3. Once you’re signed in, you’ll see a box that says: “Share this URL to give your friends the reward $100 off coupon”
4. Click the copy icon next to the link (it looks like two overlapping squares). Your unique referral link is now copied.
5. Paste the link into a text message, email, or social media post and send it to your friend.

How Your Friend Gets Their $100 Off Code

1. Your friend clicks the referral link you send them.
2. A pop-up will ask for their email address. They enter it and submit.
3. CyclErie will email them a $100 off coupon code.
4. When they come into the shop, they simply show or tell the staff that code so it can be applied to their eBike purchase.

Important: The code is only sent by email after they click the link and enter their email. They can’t get the discount without completing that step first.

That’s it. When your friend uses the coupon code from the link and buys an eBike, you’ll get your $50 reward.

MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Open the Referral Program Look in the bottom-left corner of the website and click the black Referral Program button (star icon).

2. Sign in or create an account If you already have an account, click Sign in.

If not, click GET REWARDS and enter your email.

3. Get your unique referral link Once signed in, you’ll see a box that says: “Share this URL to give your friends the reward $100 off coupon”

Click the copy icon next to the link to copy it.

4. Share the link: Paste the link into a text message, email, or social media post and send it to your friend.

5. Get your $50 reward: After your friend completes their purchase, you’ll receive a $50 off coupon.

How It Works for Your Friend

1. Your friend clicks the referral link you sent them.
2. A pop-up asks for their email address.
3. They receive an email with a $100 off coupon code.
4. When they come into the shop (or check out online), they show or enter the code so staff can apply the discount.

Important Details

• Your friend must be a new customer.
• Referral rewards are limited to one per household. Spouses, partners, and other members of the same household are not eligible to refer one another.
• The $100 off coupon is valid for new customers only and must be presented at the time of purchase (in-store or online).
• You can refer as many friends as you’d like.
