In-Stock Items

All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.

Extended Lead Times

For items requiring a longer lead time, a CyclErie sales representative will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to advise of any potential delays. You will be provided with:

• An estimated shipping date
• Options for suitable substitutes (if available)
• The option for a full refund if the delay does not meet your needs

We are committed to transparency and will proactively communicate any changes to your order timeline.

• Shipping timelines begin once your order is fully processed and payment is confirmed.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time.
