Shipping policy
In-Stock Items All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
Extended Lead Times For items requiring a longer lead time, a CyclErie sales representative will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to advise of any potential delays. You will be provided with:
- An estimated shipping date
- Options for suitable substitutes (if available)
- The option for a full refund if the delay does not meet your needs
